At the heart of all my work, lies compassion and integrity. These values guide my approach throughout; from the point I receive an enquiry, to meeting any client or team for the first time, in the relationships formed and collaborative work, to the care taken in the endings of work. The 13 years since qualifying, have shaped my strengths and passion in building strong therapeutic relationships, be that with children, young people, families or teams, is central to psychological change. Supporting clients to feel vulnerable safely, understanding breeds compassion, which enables change.
